WK Kellogg Co and Post Consumer Brands are partnering again to offer cereal at discounted pricing to benefit the Battle Creek community.
Each company has donated 5,000 boxes of popular cereals to sell at $2 a box, with no purchase limit, on Wednesday, Aug. 26, in Battle Creek. Proceeds from the event will go toward United Way of South Central Michigan and South Michigan Food Bank.
The Cereal Sale takes place on Wednesday, August 26, at Full Blast, 35 Hamblin Ave. W., in Battle Creek. Doors open to the public at 4 p.m., and the sale lasts until 6 p.m. Consumers can purchase as many individual boxes as they wish while supplies last, and are encouraged to bring their own bags, boxes, carts or wagons to transport their purchases.
Any leftover product will be taken to the South Michigan Food Bank and Kellogg Community College Bruin Pantry.
