Community Impact

Today is the final day for negotiations to get the state budget bill done before a potential shutdown.  The negotiation is really in the hands of three people, Governor Witmer, Senator Winnie Brinks and Speaker Matt Hall who represents District 42 in Kalamazoo County.  I encourage you to reach out to his office before close of business today to ask him to negotiate an end to the uncertainty about the state budget.
