Community Impact

Supporting early childhood educators takes more than appreciation, it takes innovative solutions. Which is why I am so excited about 

Battle Creek! This program provides rent-free housing as a benefit for early childhood educators. By eliminating one of life's biggest expenses, the program helps increase teacher compensation in a sustainable way without raising tuition costs for families or increasing taxes. The average annual benefit of $12,800 helps early care and education teachers build financial stability and move closer to homeownership!
