Capital Area Volunteer Fair Returns on Sept. 19th
Please join UWSCMI on Saturday, September 19th for the 3rd annual Volunteer Fair at Michigan State University. Over 35 nonprofits will be there including the UWSCMI VITA Mobile Unit, “Max”, to learn about volunteer openings in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties. The event at Benefactors Plaza on campus includes hot dogs, Dairy Store ice cream, and IMPACT Student Radio Station.

2026 is the midpoint of the federal 4-year election cycle. Mid-term elections are a critical point in time to evaluate where our country and state are at in implementing policies and funding priorities that Voters care about. Dear Kalamazoo community, The time is now! In just 1.5 weeks, 20 Iraqi youth and 3 adult mentors will be in Kalamazoo through the Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program (IYLEP).
